Supporting Online Language Instruction: Strategies for Language Centers
Based on their chapter with colleague Koen Van Gorp in the latest IALLT Language Center Handbook, presenters Luca Giupponi and Emily Heidrich Uebel will discuss a range of strategies for how language centers can support online language instruction, from least resource intensive to most resource intensive. They will also highlight some professional development opportunities available to language instructors. The audience will be encouraged to share their experiences with various strategies, including roadblocks, successes, and recommendations for others.
