IALLT invites all members to become a mentee or a mentor for the 2026-2027 mentorship cohort. Those that successfully complete the program will receive a certificate.

In brief:
- Meet with your mentor/mentee at least 6 times throughout the program – we suggest 3 times in fall 2026, and 3 times in spring 2027
- Each meeting, on Skype, Zoom, Google Hangouts, or another platform of your preference, should be 45 minutes to 1 hour
- Discuss topics from the discussion prompts
- For mentees: Attend at least 2 mentee-mentee meetings (dates TBD, we recommend attending one in the fall and one in the spring)
- After completion of each session, mentors and mentees fill out a Google Form within 1 week of the meeting
To earn the certificate, participants have to complete the steps above – attend 8 meetings for mentees and – 6 meetings for mentors, and record their meetings through the Google Form.
