The International Association of Language Learning Technology is an organization that draws together faculty, staff, graduate students, software developers, and other professionals who work at the intersection of language learning and instructional technology. Through its biennial conference, scholarly publications, monthly webinar series, and listserv, IALLT creates a community of experts focused on the logistical and pedagogical challenges of technology integration in the language classroom. Our Facebook group is also a fantastic way to tap the shared wisdom of the membership for timely answers and advice on technical questions.
Areas of interest within the IALLT community include foreign language pedagogy, online instruction, hardware and software evaluation, language proficiency testing, center design and staffing, grant opportunities, copyright and intellectual property law, Open Educational Resources, cataloging software, and much more.
