Minutes
The IALLT Executive Board conducts IALLT business at monthly and annual meetings. Minutes are recorded of all board meetings, board and council meetings, and any general member meeting where IALLT business is to be transacted. Minutes of all meetings and conference calls will first be distributed to members of the Board for clarification and/or correction. Comments will be sent to the IALLT Secretary who will finalize the minutes. After approval by the IALLT Board, minutes will be made available to the Council and the membership at large through the IALLT website.
