You will be able to find and access all sessions, schedule updates, and information on presenters and attendees in our online event guide – this will be your main point of contact for all sessions and activities!

*Live synchronous sessions were held mainly on the Zoom platform.

We want to hear from you!

Conference Sessions and Events

15-minute Asynchronous Sessions: These are pre-recorded videos by presenters which will be available for viewing prior to (starting on Sunday, June 13) and throughout the conference. Videos will be accessible through the IALLT 2021 Online Event Guide website or mobile app and are embedded in each session description.
You can ask the presenters questions in the live Q&A session (scheduled during the conference) or in the document linked in the session description. Please note that presenters may not see the questions in the document until their scheduled Q&A session.
Q&A Sessions (Zoom): Live Q&A sessions are where presenters answer questions regarding their pre-recorded video presentation. Presenters are scheduled in small groups, so you will enter a session with multiple presenters. Feel free to address the presenter directly with questions on their particular presentation. Presenters may choose to create breakout rooms for more individual discussions. Sessions are held on the Zoom platform, access links to Zoom sessions through the IALLT 2021 Online Event Guide website or mobile app.
Live Panel Sessions (Zoom): These are 50-minute sessions with panels presenting on their topic, and give attendees the opportunity to ask questions. Sessions are held on the Zoom platform, access links to Zoom sessions through the IALLT 2021 Online Event Guide website or mobile app.
Digital Poster Sessions (Zoom): These are 30-60 minute sessions with presenters giving a short, informal talk (5-10 minutes) on their topic, allowing for questions and comments from attendees. Each digital poster will have their own Zoom room. Multiple posters are scheduled to present during the same hour. Attendees are encouraged to “roam” between the Zoom rooms to engage with multiple presenters. Access links to Zoom sessions through the IALLT 2021 Online Event Guide website or mobile app.
Social sessions will be held in the IALLT Lounge, on a platform called Nooks. Want a (virtual) place to meet up with other IALLT attendees? Come to Nooks! We have set up several open rooms (capacity 15) where you can pop in and have conversations with your colleagues. Presenters and attendees can take session conversations to Nooks when the session is over, but the questions are not! More information on the Nooks platform

Live sessions in Zoom may be recorded. You will be prompted that recording is happening. If you do not want your video to be captured in the recording, please turn off your video.
