There are two official lodging options with great rates for the FLEAT 8 conference.
Ala Moana Hotel in Honolulu (Official conference hotel)

The official conference hotel is the Ala Moana Hotel in Honolulu. A skybridge connects to the Ala Moana Center – the “world’s largest open air shopping mall” with more than 350 shops and restaurants – and the Ala Moana Regional Beach Park is just a short walk. Transportation to the hotel is a 20-minute drive or ride share from Honolulu International Airport. Guest self-parking is $39.00 for 24 hours, and Valet Parking is $49.00 for 24 hours.
FLEAT attendees may choose from two discounted hotel rates:
- Kona Tower with 1 Queen Bed – $209.00/night (plus taxes)
- Waikiki Tower with 1 King Bed or 2 Double Beds – $239.00/night (plus taxes)
Reservation extensions of 3 nights before and after the conference dates of 6/24-6/29 will be honored at the FLEAT group rate. If you have any problems making your reservation, please let us know by contacting conference@iallt.org.

Since the reservation deadline has passed, please contact the hotel directly and ask about room availability. The special rates are no longer guaranteed, but the hotel may be able to honor the rates as a courtesy.

A limited number of rooms are available on campus at the University of Hawai‘i at Lincoln Hall.
- Standard studio: Double beds (single or double occupancy) – $94.00 per night*
- Corner studio: Two double beds (single or double occupancy) – $116.00 per night*
- Kitchen units: Queen bed (single or double occupancy) – $134.00 per night*
