All conference presenters must be members of IALLT or LET and register for the conference no later than April 1, 2025. Be sure to review the Workshops and Special Events before you begin the registration process. You may complete the registration form more than once if you decide to add event tickets later or need to use different payment methods. Membership may also be purchased at the same time as registration if desired.
Full Conference Registration includes:
- Entrance to all exhibits and sessions
- Welcome Reception (Wednesday evening)
- Lunches on Thursday and Friday
- Refreshment breaks with Exhibitors on Thursday and Friday
- Transportation between the Ala Moana Hotel and conference venues Thursday-Saturday
Attendees will have the option to pre-purchase a lunch for Wednesday and/or Saturday.

After you log in, the registration fees will automatically adjust to display the rates that are available to you based on your IALLT membership level. LET, CALICO, and AKS members will also have access to IALLT member rates.

Refund Policy
All refund requests must be made in writing no later than May 15, 2025, and will be subject to a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after May 15, 2025.
