There are two official lodging options with great rates for the FLEAT 8 conference.
Ala Moana Hotel in Honolulu (Official conference hotel)

The official conference hotel is the Ala Moana Hotel in Honolulu. A skybridge connects to the Ala Moana Center – the “world’s largest open air shopping mall” with more than 350 shops and restaurants – and the Ala Moana Regional Beach Park is just a short walk. Transportation to the hotel is a 20-minute drive or ride share from Honolulu International Airport.
FLEAT attendees may choose from two discounted hotel rates:
- Kona Tower with 1 Queen Bed – $209.00/night (plus taxes)
- Waikiki Tower with 1 King Bed or 2 Double Beds – $239.00/night (plus taxes)
Reservation extensions of 3 nights before and after the conference dates of 6/24-6/29 will be honored at the FLEAT group rate.

A limited number of rooms are available on campus at the University of Hawai‘i at Lincoln Hall.
- Standard studio: Double beds (single or double occupancy) – $94.00 per night*
- Corner studio: Two double beds (single or double occupancy) – $116.00 per night*
- Kitchen units: Queen bed (single or double occupancy) – $134.00 per night*
