Really nice!
I like the site very much. However, I feel I have an advantage since I had the luck to be there when Ryan explained it at the Board meeting. For example, the top-secret information about how the passwords are constructed for members who log in for the first time....

I have tried to access the publication links. I am asked to go to the new WEb page when I am in it I still can not access the publications Thanks Raysa Amador

Non US Member Search
How about adding a NON-US /Canada search possibility? This is basic if IALLT wants to reach out. Right now, no member of IALLT would even be able to search for me! I was actually trying to follow up on an idea Mike Ledgerwood had, and tried to search for non-US members. No go. Please change that!
Otherwise the site is clearly organised.
