The Talking Stick Ceremony. This special stick is used to symbolize the transfer of conference duties from the current host to the next host. In this case, Monika delivers the stick to David Pankratz (outgoing President), who then gives it to Peter Liddell (incoming President), who finally gives it to Harold Hendricks (host of IALLT2005/FLEAT5).
