In March 2001 the membership of IALL authorized its officers to incorporate under the new name of IALLT. The new articles of incorporation and bylaws supersede the previous consititution and bylaws, although the purposes and operations remain the same.

This current document consists of two parts, namely the Articles of Incorporation and the Bylaws. The provisions of each are established for the regulation of the affairs of the International Association for Language Learning Technology, Inc.
